CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER - SELLER (M/F)
Core business activities:
- Cash and non-cash transactions
- Opening accounts for private individuals and collecting documents required for account opening for legal entities
- ATMs cash loading
- Providing exceptional customers service including sales promotion
- Clients’ documentation management
- Performing all tasks of a similar or general nature requested by his/her superior or required for the position
Required profile:
- Previous experience in banking is considered as an advantage particularly familiarity with PEXIM application
- Fluency in English
- NBS certificate of completed training of cash handling is advantage
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Customer service and achievement orientation
