We are looking for a motivated and skilled Equipment Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Minth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair complex equipment issues, while documenting solutions to build an internal experience database.
• Provide guidance and hands-on training for maintenance workers to improve their technical skills and efficiency.
• Oversee routine equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operations and train production staff on proper equipment usage.
• Manage and monitor the inventory of spare parts to avoid downtime and ensure timely availability.
• Assist the department in achieving key KPIs and other operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Automation or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in equipment engineering or maintenance.
• Proficiency in English as a working language.
• Technical knowledge and skills:
• Strong understanding of the working principles of various equipment and the ability to quickly grasp the mechanics and structure of specific machines.
• Proficiency in writing and modifying PLC programs, with a focus on Siemens PLC.
• Ability to design and interpret circuit diagrams and mechanical drawings.
