 We’re currently seeking a **Fleet Manager with Customer Sales Experience** to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for customer relationships, truck fleet management, and the application of technology in the repair and maintenance space.

Key Responsibilities:  

**Fleet Management & Operations**  

  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of client fleets, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with vendors, mechanics, and technicians to manage the repair process and ensure high-quality service.

**Customer Sales & Relationship Management**  

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consultative support and recommendations to optimize their fleet operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as their trusted advisor for all things related to fleet maintenance and repair.
  • Identify new business opportunities, up-sell services, and provide tailored solutions based on customers’ unique needs.
  • Create and present service proposals and contracts to new and existing customers.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring the highest quality service is delivered consistently.

**Technology Integration**  

  • Utilize our software and tools to streamline repair workflows.
  • Stay up-to-date on new technological advancements in the truck repair and fleet management industry, integrating new solutions to improve efficiency and client outcomes.

**Team Leadership & Collaboration**  

  • Lead a team, scheduling and assigning tasks as necessary to meet customer needs and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to improve service offerings, customer experience, and internal processes.

Qualifications:  

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in fleet management, truck repair, or a similar field.
  • Strong customer-facing experience with a track record of building and maintaining relationships.
  • Sales experience, ideally in a service-oriented or B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of fleet maintenance,
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership and team management experience is a plus.
  • Technical knowledge of commercial trucks (preferred but not required).
