Position Summary
The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for ensuring the renewal of existing service contracts for small/medium-sized customers, after the initial annuity contract sale or as an upselling activity. This role also handles any resulting queries that the customers may have about their existing service offerings and contracts.
Position is required to provide the highest level of customer service to small/medium, strategic accounts; Accountable for the relationship management of assigned customer base and ensuring that all customer requirements are identified and met. Responsible for Software and Solutions product offerings to new and existing customers and driving new business to a list of prospects as assigned; Requires strong relationship management, sales support, and account maintenance/management skills in order to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and work to maximize revenue and profitability. Fulfill the role of expert on all customer requirements for the assigned accounts and coordinate any customer concerns, as necessary, to the appropriate parties

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Position is responsible for annuity maintenance services orders for the designated customers as assigned by management; Primary accountability of this role is the creation and submission of annuity service orders for new annuity services contracts, annuity services contract additions and annuity services contract renewals
- Position required to provide the highest level of customer service to small accounts; Accountable for the relationship management of assigned customer base and ensuring that all customer requirements are identified and met; Serve as interface or liaison between the customer and other NCR sales support teams with regards to issues for current customers.
- Responsible for cross-selling solution offerings to current and new customers. Requires strong relationship management, sales support, and account maintenance/management skills in order to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and work to maximize revenue and profitability
- Schedule and conduct regular calls with customers to review pricing and procedures, discuss customer-specific issues, review performance/value, position new solutions; Promote customer confidence in NCR Voyix, which will lead to long term business relationships
- Identify, document and inform appropriate parties of any account-specific requirements (i.e., billing/invoicing, shipping, etc.); Obtains customer or industry information that assists in responding to customer's needs and requirements;
- Understands the formal and informal decision making process within each of the accounts
Targets existing and new customers within an assigned territory; Services local clients, typically with responsibility within a single territory/Area; Partners with other business units to expand cross-sell opportunities. - Recognize the customer's key challenges in their business operations and identify products and solutions to the customer's area of need; Identify possible opportunities for other business unit or division solution offerings
- Respond constructively to minimize difficult or negative issues and partners with internal support groups to ensure total customer care
- Position is expected to provide advice on rectifying past customer-specific practices that are inefficient and replacing them with best practices for service order management; Position is expected to be an expert on their assigned customers
- Identifies NCR Voyix's major competitors in the account and assess the competitor's products/services, and compares their strengths and weaknesses relative to NCR Voyix's
- Partners with other business units to expand cross-sell opportunities
- Be highly creative to problem-solve novel solutions, architectures and use cases to help customers meet their objectives
- Through a consultative approach use industry knowledge and best practices, coupled with knowledge of how NCR Voyix’s Software’s solutions can drive improvement to secure new business and differentiate us from our competition
- Develop robust recommendations and scope of work documents for NCR Voyix’s Software’s solutions engagements while also identifying critical dependencies & gaps
- Deliver compelling customer demonstrations that showcase the capabilities of the solutions and areas of greatest value and ROI based on specific customer requirements and needs.
- Present proposals to executive-level customers in a clear and compelling way
- Become an expert in the customization, configuration, and packaging of NCR Voyix’s Software’s solutions for deployment in restaurant environments
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process, and market dynamics
- Lead or participate in field sales training sessions
- Tracks the sales process through monthly forecast submissions for assigned accounts; Designs a plan to effectively manage his/her assignment in order to maximize incoming revenue and profits, and to meet the monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives.
- Position responsible for primary accountability for ensuring that assigned accounts are being properly serviced by NCR Voyix in a manner that reflects NCR Voyix's commitment to delivering high quality products and services; Track growth/decline within accounts, measuring by number of units sold dollar volume, or product usage
- Fast-paced, multi-functional tasking expected
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Proficiency in English (Bilingual is considered as an advantage)
- Proficiency in Excel advance skills, (i.e., v-look ups, filtering, etc.)
- Ability to project manage individual issues, including engaging subject matter experts from various groups
- Expert teaming skills and ability to work with a diverse team
- Sound and comprehensive communications and diplomacy skills in order to exchange complicated information
- Identify, document and inform appropriate parties of any account-specific requirements (i.e., billing/invoicing, shipping, etc.)
- Maintain client’s CRM
- Tele-sales experience preferred
