Requirements:

• Fluency in English is a must
• Strong communication skills with a focus on building relationships

• Prior experience working with English-speaking clients is a plus.
• Experience in freight brokerage, logistics, dispatch or a related field is a plus.

Job description:

• Identify and qualify prospects to promote company products and services.
• Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and follow-ups to engage and nurture prospects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Source and secure freight loads from shippers.
• Point of communication between customers and our operations team.
• Negotiate freight rates with customers and carriers to maximize profitability.
• Initiate contact with new prospects to present service benefits and value propositions.
• Utilize company tools to execute the sales process and secure deal closures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the operational team.
• Provide general support to all customers by replying to incoming emails and calls which include quote inquiries, chat inquiries, and new business inquiries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve common goals.
• Collaborate with other members of our team to deliver quality results.
