Marketing Assistent

Your responsibilities:

• Collaboration in creating and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns with the Brand Manager and the marketing team
• Managing and updating digital social communication channels, proposing and creating advertising plans
• Preparation of promotional marketing materials for point-of-sale advertising, collaborating with the sales team on the implementation of the created materials
• Monitoring and evaluating the results of digital marketing campaigns
• Collaborating with other company departments (sales, production, procurement, finance, etc.)
• Working with external agencies on conceptual proposals, production, and implementation of marketing campaigns
• Participating in the launch of new products to the market, including BTL and ATL marketing activities
• Performing other tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Conducting market analysis and monitoring competitors
• Supporting the organization of events, trade fairs, and conferences

Your competencies:

• Bachelor´s degree – preferable in Management, Economy, Organizational Sciences
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrates creative, innovative strategies, employing a blend of digital and traditional marketing techniques.
• Capable of autonomous work while also contributing effectively within a team environment
• Proactive and positive „can do“ attitude
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• A year of experience in similar or identical positions
