Mechanical & Quality Engeneer

ESM is a manufacturing company for strut support products and provides own branding for HVAC and M&E products to various Multinationals and local customers in Europe.

This position will allow you to work and interface with mainly European, but also Global suppliers and clients.

What is quality manufacturing engineering?

Quality Engineering encompasses all activities related to the analysis of a product's design, development and manufacturing processes for the purpose of improving the quality of the product and the production process while identifying and reducing waste in its many forms.

Job description:

• Research, design and innovate Strut Support solutions for existing and new clients;
• Ensuring that workflows, processes and products comply with safety regulations;
• Calculations and price changes of finished products and creation of offers for clients;
• Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes, products and production machines and tooling
• Improving and implementing (existing) quality standards, quality controls systems
• QC (quality control) customer satisfaction, reduce waste and costs
• Participation in defining and proposing technical solutions, supervision and participation in the development of manufacturing processes
• Responsible for product complains, investigate root cause and reply with corrective actions
• Responsible for archiving, filing and preparing an entire new database of technical information of existing and new customers;
• Creating or inserting in existing technical documentation quality parameters
• Prepares reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing data, and making recommendations

 Job skills and qualities: 

• Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering (or requested knowledge obtained through experience);
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel;
• Active knowledge of the English language;
• At least three years of experience in mechanical engineering;
• Good knowledge of ISO and quality standards
• Good analytical ability along with the characteristic of working precisely;
• Preferable : candidates with experience in HVAC and M&E field.
• Preferable : Active work in drawing program, for example:  AutoCAD, Solidworks or Inventor Professional
