As the Project Analyst, Restaurant Products, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our cutting-edge products to market and steering them through key phases of their lifecycle. From launch to rebranding to end-of-life transitions, your work will directly influence company revenue, customer satisfaction, and market success.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Process: Expedite product launches and lifecycle transitions by developing project schedules, managing risk, and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration.
• Solve Problems with Creativity: Unblock roadblocks, handle issues independently, and deliver innovative solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Prioritize What Matters: Use sound judgment to focus on the essential tasks and decisions that drive results, avoiding distractions and inefficiencies.
• Drive Business Impact: Support high-impact programs that accelerate speed to market, boost new product revenue, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure Transparency: Maintain executive dashboards with clear KPIs to keep leadership informed and aligned.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product Managers, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, and more to deliver outcomes.
• Operate at Scale: Leverage tools, processes, and frameworks to improve efficiency and execution velocity.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in program/project management within the technology industry.
• Proactive and clear communication skills—both written and verbal.
• A strong sense of ownership and a knack for creative problem-solving.
• A passion for driving progress by managing risk and overcoming obstacles.
• Experience with tools like Smartsheet, Salesforce, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• The ability to prioritize and thrive in a complex environment.
