We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team and drive quality assurance initiatives, ensure compliance with industry standards, and optimize operational processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to product excellence and support our commitment to continuous improvement.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control plans and systems for new products
- Oversee all quality-related activities in compliance with standards and customer-specific requirements
- Prepare and coordinate customer and external system audits, ensuring full compliance and readiness
- Lead the execution of quality control plans and systems, ensuring product quality meets or exceeds established standards
- Contribute to and support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction strategies
Requirements and skills:
- University degree or above in a relevant field
- Proven experience in quality and the automotive industry is an advantage
- Ability to travel abroad (Turkey, China, Germany, Czech Republic…)
- Proficiency in English
