Our Moxy Belgrade team is growing and seeking a Sales Manager who will play a crucial role in identifying and securing clients to drive revenue and business growth and will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and developing relationships with the hotel’s clients, implementing sales strategies, and exceeding revenue targets.
Here’s What You’ll Be Rocking at Moxy:
- Seek out and connect with clients like a pro, using smart research, targeted prospecting, and networking magic.
- Build those solid, long-lasting relationships with clients and the decision-makers that make it happen.
- Shape and launch a killer strategic account plan to keep Moxy in demand.
- Dream up and deliver powerful sales strategies to smash revenue goals.
- Be the market whiz: know your competition, stay on top of trends, and always be ready to outsmart them.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Develop strong partnerships with local organizations to further increase brand/ product awareness.
- Keep a finger on the hotel’s market position with STAR reports, competitive insights, and top-notch intel.
- Lead electric sales presentations, site tours, and negotiations that seal the deal every time.
- Master the event blueprint, meet & greet clients, participate in creating the Playbook (aka the BEO) and spark the buzz for more events to come.
- Keep the team in the loop with insightful sales reports.
- Bring the Moxy vibe to tradeshows and client events near and far.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Follow procedures and Moxy standards in all segments.
- Crush it with accuracy, accountability, and a can-do attitude!
You’ve got what it takes if you:
- Are proactive, positive, and bring that team spirit.
- Have proven chops in corporate and MICE sales within hospitality.
- Know the local hotel scene inside and out.
- Are a communication and negotiation superstar.
- Are self-motivated, ready to smash sales targets, and never miss a beat.
- Are fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Hold a university degree and are tech-savvy.
- Have Marriott and Opera experience? Even better!
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Follow procedures and Moxy standards in all segments.
