Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for: Senior SysOps Engineer
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust infrastructure solutions that scale with our needs
- Responsible for architecture development, ensuring its resilience and focus on performance
- In charge of automation of operational tasks (Develop scripts and tools that streamline processes, reduce manual intervention, and enhance system performance)
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of application tools based on vendor software solutions on Linux and Windows environment
- Monitoring of Infrastructure and Application servers and setting up the thresholds and alerts
- Creating automated pipelines for building images and deployment procedures
- Quickly resolve issues and minimize impact on end-user productivity and overall organization in collaboration with stakeholders
- Maintaining detailed documentation of system configuration, procedures and incidents for future references
- Participates in meetings with stakeholders for projects setup and deployment
About you
- At least 5 years of working experience in SysOps position with strong focus on Windows and Linux
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft server and client operating systems with the focus on the GPO and Registry
- Good knowledge of RHEL, Ubuntu (installation, configuration and monitoring of applications) and with the knowledge of Debian, Suse and Karios
- Excellente knowledge and usage of VMware and OVA-s
- Scripting language knowledge (ideally PowerShell, Bash and Python)
- Experience with HashiCorp Terraform and Packer
- Good knowledge of Dockers, containerD
- Basic knowledge of Kubernetes
- R&D mindset: willingness to learn new things, investigate unknown problems and improve existing implementation
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage projects according to schedule
- Good command of written and spoken English
It would be a plus to have
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline setup and administration
- Knowledge of Git and Artifactory
- Knowledge of of Bamboo and Bitbucket
- Worked in Jira before
