We are looking for a Training Specialist to join our team in Belgrade! In this role, you’ll design and deliver training programs for both employees and clients, ensuring they gain a deep understanding of our solutions. Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions and presentations (onsite and online) for employees and clients.
- Support new employees during onboarding, ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience.
- Maintain and update existing training materials, including presentations, manuals, and guides.
- Develop specialized training programs for internal teams, focusing on system modules and product updates.
- Utilize learning management systems (e.g., Moodle) to structure and manage training content.
- Gather feedback from trainees to continuously improve training methods.
- Be open to occasional travel for onsite training sessions and client consultations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Public speaking and training delivery skills, with experience creating presentations (PowerPoint or similar tools).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Experience with learning management systems (e.g., Moodle).
- Basic database knowledge (Oracle, ClickHouse, etc.).
- Proficiency with video conferencing and remote training tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
- Basic experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Atlassian JIRA).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in diverse, international teams.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them effectively.
Preferred:
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or Oracle Certified Trainer.
- Basic knowledge of PL/SQL (ability to read and write simple queries).
