NIRAS - IP Consult is a dynamic, international consulting company based in Stuttgart, Germany that supports change for sustainable development (SDGs). With over 40 years’ experience in development cooperation, NIRAS - IP Consult works in a wide range of sectors throughout, Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America. The services cover the entire project cycle from design and appraisal to implementation and evaluation. Working within large, multi-annual development programs NIRAS-IP provides clients with professional, cost-efficient and tailor-made solutions based on both proven techniques as well as innovative approaches. Skills Development and Employment Promotion is one of the key areas of expertise. NIRAS-IP aims to introduce the concept of Skills Development into the educational system by directly linking it to the labor market. 

As part of the NIRAS Group, NIRAS-IP belongs to one of the largest European consultancy companies in the field of development cooperation. Approximately 400 permanent full-time project managers and consultants are working in 10 main offices – in Copenhagen, Stuttgart, Stockholm, Helsinki, Warsaw, Edinburgh, Belgrade, Bogota, Philippines and Nairobi - as well as in 11 registered companies and branch offices worldwide. Currently, about 1200 staff members are supporting partner organizations to implement over 396 projects in 2019.

NIRAS-IP Consults Rep Office in Serbia in charge of the E2E implementation is located in Belgrade, Ilije Garašanina 35/4. The Rep Office engages 8 project team key members and a number of national and international short-term experts.
