Since its founding in 2016, Cognativ has quickly expanded beyond the USA to include teams in the UK, Serbia, Spain, and India with clients across the USA and Europe. We aim to work with highly dynamic companies, start-ups, and investment firms.
As part of the offices in Serbia, you will be part of a broader multicultural and international team, regularly interacting with clients and team members from abroad.
- Good level of written and spoken English (C1, CAE),
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills,
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Good understanding of Software Patterns,
- 2-4 years of experience with .NET technology (C family),
- Good understanding of REST concept,
- Knowledge of working with different databases,
- Experience with AWS tools.
- Basic understanding of Angular
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Angular & Angular Material frameworks
- Create technical designs for new software products and modules in existing systems
- Define APIs for interactions between modules and services both within and between systems
- Define coding standards and guide less senior developers on adherance to them
- Create work breakdowns including stories and tasks with estimates
- Identify and implement appropriate software and architecture patterns and direct less senior developers on their implementation
- Gain familiarity with business functions of new and existing modules and contribute to decisions on future functional design
- Collaborating with the rest of the team to improve the usability of the product,
- Ability to experiment and research new technologies,
- Working closely with the leadership team to define roadmap and development plans.
