We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Architect to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for collaborating with the team on various projects, designing multiple small and medium-sized projects for our studio and worldwide clients, and working closely with the Creative/Art Director, producers, and designers. You need to be proficient in technical knowledge and architectural design, and keep improving your skill set. This position provides an opportunity for professional development while contributing to one of the most innovative studios on the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation of 3D renders following the brief and project assignment
• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and design intent
• Transform initial sketches and conceptual drawings into detailed 3D models and renderings, ensuring accuracy in scale, proportions, and architectural details
• Ensure all 3D drawings and designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations for local and foreign markets
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables related to 3D modeling and visualization tasks
• Utilize software tools to create accurate and visually appealing 3D representations of architectural designs
• Incorporate materials, lighting, and textures to enhance the realism and visual impact of 3D models
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff members on 3D modeling best practices, software usage, and industry standards
• Contribute to research and development initiatives aimed at exploring new technologies, trends, and methodologies in architectural visualization and 3D modeling

Required Qualifications:

• Willing to work in a creative environment, explore and apply innovative solutions, and learn new tools and skills
• Proven experience as Technical Architect or similar role in the object/furniture / interior design/architecture or construction industries with more than 3 years of participation
• Professional knowledge and use of programs (eg, AutoCAD, Rhino, 3Ds Max, Octane, or Cinema 4D)
• Basic knowledge of Rhinoceros 3D and its interoperability with other CAD software is mandatory
• Proficient in Google Docs suite (Docs, Slides, Spreadsheet) or Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign
• Solid understanding of architectural design principles, codes, and construction methods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when necessary
• A degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
