Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and dispatch loads efficiently across the US.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and brokers.
- Negotiate the best rates to maximize profitability.
- Monitor freight movements and resolve any issues in real time.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a dispatcher in the US market (at least 3 years)
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to multitask
- Proficiency in dispatch software and load boards (DAT, Sylectus etc.)
- Availability to work full-time
