Two Brothers Freight is a fast-growing trucking company with over a decade of experience on the U.S. market, operating under a single MC number. Headquartered in Chicago, with operational offices in Niš and Belgrade, we manage a modern fleet of around 150 trucks (model years 2018–2025). Our team of 80+ professionals supports a driver base made up of 70% company drivers and 30% owner-operators. We are proud of our dynamic, young team and work culture that values reliability, growth, and long-term success.
As a Dispatcher, you will play a key operational role, ensuring all freight is booked on time, meets financial targets, and is managed smoothly in day-to-day execution. You will act as the central point of contact between drivers, brokers, and internal departments.
How Dispatching Works at Our Company
Compared to most companies in the industry, our dispatchers play a significantly different and more strategic role:
- Focus on pre-booked routes: Around 85% of our routes are dedicated lanes (USPS). Dispatchers are primarily focused on ensuring the smooth execution of pre-booked shipments.
- Dispatcher as a load planner: In our company, dispatchers take on a major role as load planners. They are responsible for creating and managing optimized routes and ensuring that everything runs smoothly from start to finish, with a direct impact on the operational efficiency of our fleet.
- Maintaining and improving relationships with customers: In addition to operational tasks, our dispatchers are also focused on improving the quality of relationships with our customers, which is one of our top priorities. We’re not just about operations – we build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Expanding our customer base: As a fast-growing company, we are always looking to expand our customer base and build new business relationships. By engaging with potential clients and maintaining open communication, our dispatchers contribute to the growth of our business and the ongoing success of the company.
