We’re looking for an AI Researcher to help explore, evaluate, and implement AI solutions that enhance our apps. You will focus on tracking AI innovation, identifying high-impact opportunities, and turning them into scalable outcomes. This is a hands-on role that requires technical depth, ownership, and collaboration across multiple teams.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience exploring or integrating AI tools, APIs, or models into workflows.
- Strong research and reasoning skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into practical strategies.
- Hands-on experience exploring or integrating AI tools, APIs, or models into workflows.
- Experience with LLM modeling or generative AI (preferred but not required).
- A practical mindset focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.
- Proficiency in English, spoken and written.
- Experience with desktop environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Stay up to date with cutting-edge AI models, tools, and frameworks to identify opportunities across creative automation, user engagement, and monetization.
- Translate business needs into AI use cases by working with product, marketing, and design teams.
- Prototype and validate ideas from concept to proof-of-concept, designing workflows and testing outcomes.
- Automate internal operations, recommending and building AI agents to reduce manual work.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Share findings clearly through structured write-ups, demos, and documentation.
- Prioritize initiatives, balancing technical innovation with product relevance.
- Contribute to a culture of rapid experimentation and learning.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Runway, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering or fine-tuning models.
- Familiarity with growth loops or monetization in B2C mobile apps.
