As a Junior Financial Controller in our Finance - Controlling team, you will be:
- Supporting the maintenance of CRM projects in the ERP system as communicated by Sales, ensuring alignment with finance processes.
- Performing weekly data cleansing and validation of ERP transactions, ensuring data consistency and timely mapping.
- Assisting in employee management activities within the Tagetik system, including data input, maintenance, and validation of employee-related transactions.
- Performing various tasks in the Tagetik BI system, such as saving forms, calculating and inputting internal transfers, and monitoring the status of cost allocations.
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes by preparing and consolidating financial and operational data from the business.
- Communicating with the accounting department to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with Group validation rules.
- Filling ad hoc templates and questionnaires as requested by internal stakeholders.
About you:
- You have 1–2 years of relevant experience in controlling, finance, or data management
- You hold a university degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- You are eager to learn and open to acquiring new IT skills and technologies
- You have a keen eye for detail and a structured, proactive approach to work
- Your familiarity with ERP and BI systems (such as Tagetik, Microsoft NAV, Excel, or Power Query) will be considered an advantage
