Job Description
We are currently looking for an Account Executive to join our team in Belgrade. As an Account Executive you will be in charge of assessing the needs of our key customers in order to offer a relevant service, and planning sales activities to achieve monthly targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and prospects
- Maintain the sales pipeline
- Proactively manage key customer’s business needs while they are in trial period
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients
- Manage sales cycles - handling meetings, presentations and demo sessions
- Make sure the clients are satisfied with the software and explore potential to provide them with more licences
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven sales/business development/account management experience
- Excellent verbal, negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
- Self-motivation and ability to thrive in a results-driven environment
