Account Manager for Startups
Job Summary and purpose:
The purpose of the Account Manager for STARTUPs is to be responsible for SELLING company’s services to the startup clients on the markets he/she is in charge of. Besides that, he/she is responsible to UNDERSTAND strategic goals, business market and ways to establish cooperation with new clients; through cooperation with other team members to EVOLVE possibilities for selling company’s services and products, as well as through research and analysis of the market to ACCELERATE business development of the company.
Key areas of responsibilities:
- Responsible for selling company’s services to startup clients;
- Responsible for achieving agreed sales quotas, i.e. the amount of financial revenue from clients that he/she is in charge of;
- Responsible for research and analysis of national and international markets in order to develop business;
- Responsible for tender participation;
- Responsible for maintaining contact with existing clients and partners, monitoring the expiration of contracts with customers, and offers timely preparation of documents for the extension of the contract;
- Responsible for inclusion of other teams in cooperation with potential clients.
Candidate’s profile:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the field of sales;
- Preferred prior experience in the BPO or IT software industry;
- English language - fluent knowledge - oral and written;
- High school degree mandatory (preferably University degree)
