You will be working remotely as a contractor to the Essence of Email company. Working hours: 13:00 — 21:00 CE(S)T.
At Essence of Email, our Account Managers are the bridge between the Operations Team and the clients. They are the ones that communicate directly with our clients, build a relationship with them, and work with the tactical team internally to translate the marketing vision into each campaign. Please note that this is not a sales position. Account Managers are working with the clients that already signed with the company.
What does an Account Manager do?
- Responsive communication with clients on tactical work
- Having calls with clients to coordinate the tasks
- Building the client relationship
- Works with Ops team to improve client satisfaction
- Plans and coordinates the work on different client accounts
- Project manages internal and external teams to bring tasks to completion in a timely manner
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Experienced in project management
- Client management experience
- Independent worker, good at self-organisation
- Responsive and reliable
- Previous marketing experience is a plus
- Challenging tasks that will help you develop and improve
- Ongoing training
