Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for our valued clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the transportation process, including dispatching, scheduling, and tracking
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with drivers, providing them with necessary information and support
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions
• Actively communicate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the transportation industry
• Strong process management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with DOT compliance and safety coordination is highly desirable
• Experience in transportation dispatching is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with drivers and clients
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
• Reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
