Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
- Manage a wide ranging portfolio of customer accounts covering multiple industries and geographies
- Develop and execute sales strategies to capture business opportunities
- Conduct proactive sales activities, including analysis, proposal development, proposal presentation, order negotiation and post-sales service
- Proactively monitor service usage and customer satisfaction and address gaps against targets
- Represent tyntec at industry events and conferences
The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
- 3+ years’ experience in the A2P SMS market
- Ability to initiate, establish and maintain executive level rapport with prospective and existing customers
- Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Possess the ability, attitude and energy to create and deliver new business opportunities both with prospective and existing customers
- A self-starter able to prioritize effectively
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to switch between strategic and operational activities frequently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, assertive personality and professional mannerism
- Ability to analyse and use data effectively.
- Fluent in English
- Willing to travel internationally
