Responsibilities:
Accounting:
- review and prepare payment;
- declaration of VAT statements;
- assist the preparation of financial statements;
- complete the reconciliation with related companies;
- Accrue expense at end of each month
- complete the cost analysis of sales management research in monthly financial analysis;
- input the customer's payment collection into the system, and contact with each salesman for payment collection matters;
Supervision:
- regularly check the balance of accounts receivable and payable, and analyze the reasons for overdue;
- regularly check whether the VAT return is consistent with the local accounts;
- check the accuracy of the amount accrued and apportioned;
- be familiar with the company's expense budget, and make a comparative analysis of the budget and actual cost every month;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Finance or Economy;
- Working experience in Finance Department in manufacturing industry is preferred;
- Familiar with ERP/SAP is preferred;
- Good English ability, can use English as working language;
- Willing to learn and good working attitude.
