Job Description:
Aspecto is seeking a meticulous and proactive Accountant - Controller to join our team of dedicated and ambitious colleagues in a dynamic organization where no two days are alike. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, processing, and managing invoices, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies with vendors and internal departments. You will also review employee and supplier hours worked, manage expenses, and handle accounting tasks for some of our international subsidiaries. Key Responsibilities:
- Multinational Activities: Participate in various international accounting tasks.
- Employee Hours and Expenses: Record and review employee hours and expenses in our internal PM tool.
- Accounting Entries: Record accounting entries using accounting tools like Profix and WaveApps.
- Invoice Management: Process and manage company invoices in our internal PM tool.
- Verification and Reconciliation: Verify and reconcile invoices to ensure data accuracy.
- Payment Tracking: Track payments and ensure the company's cash flow remains positive.
- Year-End Closing: Assist with year-end closing and reporting activities.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Cash Management: Monitor and manage company cash flow, ensuring liquidity and financial stability while optimizing interest returns and bank fees.
- Currency Management and Hedging: Oversee foreign currency transactions and potentially implement hedging strategies to mitigate currency risk.

- Education: Higher education or a bachelor’s degree is preferred; at minimum, completion of higher secondary school (e.g., Economic school).
