ACCOUNTANT
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Entering and booking incoming invoices, including handling electronic procedures
- Verifying and booking travel expense reports
- Booking outgoing invoices
- Paying supplier invoices
- Maintaining supplier and customer accounts
- Booking bank statements
- Booking and reconciling general ledger accounts
- Booking and reconciling intercompany accounts
- Cash management
- Fixed asset accounting
- VAT refunds
- Preparing monthly closings
- Performing other tasks as assigned by a supervisor
Required skills/profile:
- University degree
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in accounting
- Advanced knowledge of English (knowledge of the German language is an advantage)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Attention to details
