ACCOUNTANT

Novi Sad

Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping of records of business transactions
• Respect deadlines related to accounting
• Receive and verify invoices for goods and services
• Participating in preparation of business reports
• Assisting in preparation official financial statements
• Other general accounting duties as assigned
• Invoicing to clients
• Organizing regular deliveries of goods to the final customers
• Business correspondence in English and Serbian
• Taking care of office supplies and equipment
• Employee records
• Other additional duties required by the superior

Requirements:

• Educational background in Economics (e.g. Accounting, Finance, Commerce etc.)
• Advanced English, verbal and written, is an absolute must! (will be tested during the interview)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Internet, Accounting Program/-s
• Excellent business correspondence skills
• Good team player, but capable of independent work, reliable, responsible, organized, with a strong attention to detail and positive approach
