Job Duties:
- Billing, collecting documentation and carrier invoices
- Making statements and pay stubs for company drivers and owner operators as well.
- Providing status updates per request
- Initiating collections on accounts
- Dealing with invoicing-related correspondence,
- Providing solutions to any relative problems of clients, drivers, and carriers
- Prepairing and factoring invoices
- Making a note of any payments made or missed
Expectations of the ideal candidate:
- Ready to work a second shift (2pm-10pm)
- Coming with excellent knowledge of English,
- Ready to learn and improve your skills and knowledge,
- Organized, communicative, and detail-oriented,
- Has a pre-existing knowledge of Microsoft Office,
- Able to think logically and analytically,
- Ability to multitask,
- Basic math, bookkeeping, and accounting skills.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of previous Accounting experience in USA trucking industry is required
- Self-motivated with great initiative and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively will individuals at all levels of the organization
- Ability to maintain confidential information and intellectual property
- Must be able to work from our office; no remote work options available
