Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day accounting operations adhering to the corporate policies and procedures
• Ensuring the high quality and accuracy of the accounting documents’ processing
• Reconciling transactions and bookkeeping ledgers
• Managing and analyzing income and expenditure accounts
• Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
• Initiating, managing financial and accounting software used by the company and participating in the implementation of a new one
• Supporting the management and the departments with all necessary information

Requirements:

• University or College degree in Economics
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting
• Independence in daily work
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively within a business environment
• Ability to work remotely
• Advanced MS Office literacy, Excel especially
• Advantages is knowledge of MPP accounting program and Microsoft Dynamic 365
• Fluency in English
