- creating and tracking invoices
- preparing data for financial report
- maintaining records, payments
- handling phone calls and emails
- completing billing tasks
Requirements:
- fluent in English, both spoken and written
- excellent computer literacy
- good organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- team work
- excellent attention to detail
- ability to develop, organize and complete tasks using Microsoft Office
