Jerzy Trucking is looking for a reliable Accounting Associate to join our team!
In this role, you will be resolving issues regarding the payment and making sure payments are made in timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze invoices, resolving any discrepancies.
- Compiling the overdue invoice report.
- Set up customer invoices for payment.
- Ensure the correct documents are received from vendors and provided to customers.
- Enter and upload invoices into the system.
- Monitor accounts to ensure invoices are processed properly and are up to date.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Perform various related accounts payable and data entry functions as needed.
- Perform other related duties and special projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Must speak and read English
- Proven experience in an Accounting preferred, but not required
- Highly accurate with great attention to detail
- Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
- Capable of fast response to email inquiries
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
