We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Payroll Specialists. What will your work day look like?
- Processing payment for the drivers, clients, carriers
- Billing, collecting documentation and carrier invoices
- Providing status updates per request
- Providing solutions to any relative problems of clients, drivers and carriers
- Making note of any payments made or missed
How do we imagine an ideal new colleague?
- Ready to work the second shift (3pm 11 pm) on- site, office in New Belgrade,
- Coming with excellent knowledge of English
- Ready to learn and improve your skills and knowledge,
- Organized, communicative and detail-oriented
- Coming with knowledge of Microsoft Office,
- Able to think logical and analytical,
- Ability to multitask
- Experience in the US transportation industry is a big plus, but not necessary, we provide training to all new members.
- Basic math, bookkeeping and accounting skills
