PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Billing - receiving and formal checking of all the paperwork from drivers and sending it to factoring company
- Control of all sent invoices and their status
- Tracking and reporting of price deviations
- Handling the price deviations
- Handling the allowances
- Importing and checking all the fuel records
- Making drivers statements/paychecks, checking them and sending to the drivers
depositing the money - Cost control and payments
- Handling the cost deviations
- Depositing money for the the employees
- Payroll
- Communication with the accounting agency
- Various administrative tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Faculty of Economics
- Problem - solving aptitude
- Flexibility
- Responsibility
- High-level focus on customer service
- Must be able to multi-task and keep calm under pressure
- Good team player
