Job description:
- Main task: Implementation of various accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards in order to control the organization's financial resources in order to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws and reporting requirements
- Allocation of profit and loss balance sheet accounts
- Input tax
- Implementation of cash discount income
- Basis for cash-out (planning)
- Invoice checking according to guidelines
- On-time recording and entering of incoming invoices, mainly in automated processes
- Cash Management
- Correct accounting of deposits
- Error processing / consultation with respective department
- Clearance of difference in prices
- Clearance of difference in quantity with logistic / incoming goods
- Contact person for company accounting Internal reporting
- Ensurance of itemization for bookings Management of open items for bookings
- Oberservation of insolvency of creditors and processing
- Creating balance letters for creditors
- Clearance of difference in balances
- (CO)Interface between Accounting and other departments to clarify processes Contact person for accountantsCreation
- of debit notes for creditors
- Process definition and implementation and interface to debitor department
Requirements:
- University or College degree in relevant economy field
- Work experince at similiar role minimum 2 years
- Experience with SAP is preferable
- English language proficiency
