Accounting Officer - Receivables

Job description:
- Main task: Implementation of various accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards in order to control the organization's financial resources in order to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws and reporting requirements.
- Processing of the debtor credit note
- Procedure Implementation of dunning processes
- Obtaining credit checks
- Capture and record of incoming payments
- Cash box management
- Accounting treatment of claims, credits and value dates
- Creation of bills and debtor credits in exceptional cases
- Balance reconciliation with debtors and Timely monitoring of maturities
- Coordination with sales referring overdues / specific customer behavior
- Creation and maintenance of deptor accounts
- Accounting of creditors Interest calculation for additional charges for debtors + invoice
- Management of letters of credits
- Implementation of necessary measures in case of default of payment
- Development and implementation of automation optimization
- Coordination with other departments Internal and External reporting Professional communication with customers in case of overdues etc.
- Administration of subsystems at debtor processes and contract administration for credite note procedures
- Reporting to Accounting Manager
Requirements:
- University or College degree in relevant economic field
- Work experience at similar role minimum of 2 years
- Experience with SAP is preferable
- English language proficiency
