Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

50 % or 100 %

Your Role:

• Assisting with the daily processing of invoices and Supplier Statement reconciliation
• Review of Customer Accounts to ensure payments are posted & allocated promptly and accurately
• Processing Travel expenses
• Preparing and submitting of tax forms as well as other supporting data for tax reports: Value Added Tax, Corporate Income Tax, Personal Income tax
• Preparing monthly, quarterly reports and participating in annual statutory audits and preparing statutory financial statements  
• Management & maintenance of the archiving and retrieval of AP documentation Maintenance and update of process documentation and task list relating to Finance Assistant tasks
• Administrative support for finance and others departments

Your Profile:

• Education: You have completed training in the commercial sector, ideally with an additional qualification as an accountant (m/f/d).
• Experience and know-how: Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in a comparable position. Experience in working with foreign currencies and calculating VAT is desirable. Good knowledge of the usual MS Office programs rounds off your profile.
• Personality and working methods: You are characterized by organizational skills as well as an independent and structured way of working. You are committed, able to work under pressure and have a quick grasp of things.
• Languages: You have a good command of written and spoken English. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Enthusiasm: You have a “hands-on mentality“.
