We are looking for a highly motivated Accounting Specialist to manage local finances and reporting towards other global offices.
- Registration of active or passive cycle;
- Bank reconciliation/credit cards;
- General accounting (example: first note, fixed assets etc.)
- Personnel costs
- Control of the accounting cards and elaboration of periodic costs
- Preparation and verification of the budget before taxes and adjusting entries
- Regular contact with our Finance department in Italy and USA
- Degree in economics or similar
- At least 1 year of experience for the same job position
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and the management program
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Spirit of initiative, flexibility, being proactive, accuracy and discretion
- Ability to work in a young, dynamic and environment that is quickly expanding
