JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Accounting Staff (Remote position)
DEPARTMENT: Accounting/Finance
REPORTS TO: Corporate Controller
SALARY BUDGET: starting at $1000/month (USD)
SCHEDULE: 8 am to 5 pm (US Chicago Time)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Invoicing, broker approvals, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable
- Prepare & review payroll for contractors
- Reconciliation of TMS data
- Prepare journal entries, upload entries, and data transfers for multiple platforms
- Reconciliation of Quickbooks data, and other general ledger operations
- Ad-hoc projects as needed
