Accounting & Tax compliance Manager

We are looking for experienced Accounting & Tax compliance Manager in order to enhance our Global Compliance & Reporting team!

As a Manager in our team, you will be in charge of both Accounting and Tax Compliance engagements, as well as developing our team further. It will be your duty to bring new level of value to our clients, and to manage the team in order to make it happen. It is a task that requires a great deal of professional experience and knowledge, but it also means that you will have to exhibit managerial qualities such as leadership potential, understanding and priority handling in a fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities

Preparation of financial statements, preparation of corporate tax returns, VAT returns, and other tax returns as applicable. Monitoring of bookkeeping activities, payroll calculations and coaching of junior colleagues. You will be also responsible for communication with Clients and preparation of monthly and annual management reports as per client’s internal policies and procedures.

To qualify for the role you must have

►   Education in Economics

►   Experience in accounting, tax, payroll and reporting processes, ideally within international environment or accounting agency (minimum 5 years of experience in accounting)

►   Very good knowledge of local tax legislative

Skills and attributes for success

►   Very good analytical abilities, logical and structured thinking

►   Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, as well as experience in work with accounting software

►   Good communication, organization and presentation skills

►   Good spoken and written English
