Strata Support is an Australian based company, who provides administrative and accounting outsourcing services located in Novi Sad, Serbia.
We are in search of a positive and well-organized team member to join our growing and expanding company.
Initial and ongoing training to develop the required skills will be provided. In addition, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work with a fantastic team and be truly valued within the role.
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Assisting with administrative and clerical duties;
- Responding and attending to incoming and outgoing emails;
- Processing and entering invoices into the software;
- Maintain files and electronic filing.
Skills and Abilities:
- Must (MUST) possess exceptional English speaking and written ability;
- Knowledge and understanding of accounting processes;
- Demonstrated previous office admin experience;
- Proficient in Word, Excel and MS Outlook;
- Typing speed of 60 wpm;
- Excellent time management skills;
- High attention to detail;
- Possess exceptional customer service and communication skills (via email, phone or face to face);
- Team orientated.

- This is a full-time position, working from 7.00am to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday;
