We are currently looking for a Accounts Payable Analyst to join our EU HR department. This will be a full-time permanent role based in Belgrade (Serbia) supporting AP functions to support DAI Austria and Belgium entities. Please note that you must be eligible to work in Serbia to apply for this position and please state your salary expectations (gross per annum in EUR) in your cover letter.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Supplier Management
- Set up of new suppliers into accounting system (Oracle Cloud).
- Verification of supplier banking details.
- Communication with the Treasury team when new suppliers are verified.
Invoice Management
- Monitor the shared inbox for the supplier’s invoices.
- Process invoices/Credit Notes.
- Dealing with all suppliers/invoices queries internally and externally.
- Audit employee’s expenses on weekly basis.
- Audit credit card expenses on weekly basis.
Other
- Ensures timely communications and processing.
- Provide proof or payments from banking platforms.
- Work closely with AP and Treasury team.
- Responds timely to all inquiries and requirements.
- Audit Support.
- Preparing proof of payments on bank portals.
- Support UK AP team on R12 with invoice processing when needed.
Qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience:
- MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to details.
- Ability to work with minimal guidance, as well as prioritise work and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
