Accounts Payable Officer KC team, within the Finance departments is responsible for all payable related inquiries.
- Enhancing the invoice payment process, from indexing to supplier communication
- Addressing any issues that might arise and ensure timely payments
- Improving tasks related to Tradeshift by coordinating with the Tradeshift team to streamline the invoice mapping process
- Collaboration with various departments (Sea, Air, etc.) to resolve invoice-related issues effectively
- Knowledge of English language
- A proactive approach to the task
- Outside of the box thinking and decision making
- Good work/time management
- Attention to detail
- Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PPT)
