Accounts Payable Officer - French language

You will be responsible for first line support to our regional companies and efficiently resolving all requests and queries. Together with the team, you will build improvement possibilities in order to offer the best quality and efficiency in the service provided.
- Full dedication and cooperation with colleagues from KN France regarding invoice payment process
- Direct communication with suppliers
- Payment preparation and executions (urgent and scheduled payments)
- Invoice check and approvals
- Overdue item reminders for local operations
- Statement reconciliations
- Parked items list
- Check reversal of incorrectly processed item
- Various reports (unacknowledged invoices, senses, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of French language
- Experience in finance/accounting is a must
- Advanced knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
- A proactive approach to the task
- Outside of the box thinking and decision making
- Good work/time management
- Attention to detail
- Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PPT)
