Adecco is seeking an experienced and reliable Accounting Assistant for our client, an international company operating in the field of industrial inks, decorative paints, and energy-efficient building materials, based in Belgrade. Your responsibilities:
- Handle import/export processes, documentation, and logistics coordination
- Receive and process client orders (domestic and export), issue invoices, and coordinate deliveries
- Book and record expense invoices and payments
- Cooperate closely with external accounting service providers
- Record bank transactions, reconcile bank statements, and follow up on payables and receivables
- Generate and analyze sales reports, customer and supplier aging reports
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Your profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar accounting/administrative roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid accounting knowledge and understanding of financial workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Strong ethical standards and professional integrity
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Very good English knowledge (written and verbal)
