The role is currently remote but there will be opportunity to travel and work out of our office in Belgrade if desired. Flexible working arrangements are available. 

The Accounts Clerk will perform the following duties:

  • Administrative tasks
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Payroll/timesheet processing
  • Provide accounts and clerical support to Senior Accountants as required
  • Prepare and maintain accounting documents
  • Maintain asset registers
  • Answering emails
  • Ad-hoc requests
  • Regular documentation of all tasks 

The ideal candidate will have/are:

  • Willing to complete a 6-8 week intensive online group induction and training program commencing 20th January 2022.
  • Open to candid feedback
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
  • Ability to retain information and learn quickly
  • Satisfied with consistency and structure in their work schedule
  • No prior work experience is required  
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Available part-time Monday to Friday 08:30am – 12:30pm with an opportunity to move to full-time in the future. (3-6 month post training program completion as guide for full time work.)
  • Prioritisation skills
  • Fast typing and data entry speed
  • Good knowledge of English, both verbal and written essential
  • Communicate professionally with clients as well as internal stakeholders
  • Flexible attitude with regard to job scope
  • Happy disposition, honest, dedicated, and reliable
  • Willingness to learn and has a positive attitude

Selection Process

1st STAGE – Behavioral and Technical skills Test

2nd STAGE – Phone Interview

3rd STAGE – Interview with HR Manager and Operations Manager and/or General Manager
