Strata Support is an Australian based company, that provides administrative and accounting outsourcing services in Novi Sad, Serbia.
We are searching for a positive and well-organized team member, who possesses a strong understanding of the English language both written and oral skills.
Initial and ongoing training to develop the required skills will be provided. In addition, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work with a vibrant team and be truly valued within the role.
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Assisting with administrative and clerical duties;
- Preparing and completing daily reports;
- Responding and attending to incoming and outgoing emails;
- Maintain files and electronic filing.
Skills and Abilities:
- Must (MUST) possess exceptional English speaking and written ability;
- Demonstrated previous office admin experience preferred;
- Proficient in Word, Excel and MS Outlook;
- Typing speed of 60 wpm;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Close attention to detail;
- Possess exceptional customer service and communication skills (via email, phone or face-to-face);
- Team orientated.

- This is a full-time position, working from 7.00am to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday;
