Main responsibilities will include:
- Administer incoming and outgoing documents (proformas, invoices, offers from suppliers and to clients)
- Drafting documents related to employment database (i.e. keeping track of timesheets, sick/annual leave, expense reports, etc.)
- Timely delivery to external accounting of all documents necessary for conducting business books (petty cash registry, documentation related to VAT return calculation, documentation related to utility cost etc.)
- Handling business correspondence, e-mail and phone calls
- Procurement of office equipment, spare part supplies, promo material etc.
- Inventory tracking
- Conducting translations of documents from Serbian into English and vice versa, which are necessary for everyday work of the employer
- Logistics related to travel and meeting arrangements
- Export-Import of internal and external purchase orders
- Writing reports to upper management
Requirements:
- University degree (Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Political Sciences, Faculty of Law and similar)
- Fluency in English along with excellent PC skills are a must
- Previous administrative work experience is a plus, but not required as training opportunities are provided by the firm
- Driver's license (class B), active driver
