Administration and Finance Coordinator

Your tasks:

• General Administration: Assist with daily administrative duties to ensure efficient office operations.
• Accounting Support: Aid in bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and managing financial records
• Data Management: Maintain and update data within the ERP system, Microsoft Business Central, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Documentation: Handle and organize various documents, ensuring they are properly filed and accessible.
• Team Collaboration: Cooperate with different departments to assist with various projects and initiatives

Your qualifications:

• Ongoing studies or graduated in finance, economics or a related field
• Good skills in Excel and digital tools
• You can communicate in English
• Experience with business intelligence tools and ERP systems is an advantage
• Good organisational skills and a passion for finance

You are a proactive and detail-oriented university student currently pursuing a degree or graduated  in Economics or Finance. Eager to make an impact in an international company, you are tech-savvy, have a knack for numbers, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
