We are hiring a Junior Finance Assistant
Hybrid working model – Novi Sad office
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Finance Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis (through the end of 2026).
Your profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative and accounting-related tasks
- Experience with accounting software
- Bachelor’s degree in economics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Word
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, along with organizational abilities
- Dependable and adaptable to changing priorities
- Proficiency in English is mandatory due to daily interactions with the Corporate Finance team
Key responsibilities:
- Receiving, verifying accuracy and updating records of invoices
- Preparing and sending payment orders
- Recording and processing business documentation
- Maintaining and updating records of suppliers and contracts
- Archiving financial and administrative documentation
- Collecting and reviewing data for financial reports
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Managing calculations and documentation related to business trips
- Handling customs procedures and documentation
- Performing on-site administrative tasks as required
- Performing other duties as assigned
